For decades, Ronnie Goldfield was the doyenne of Peninsula fine art galleries. Now retired, for years she showed and sold works by regional artists at Gallery 30, first in San Mateo and then in Burlingame. This exhibit is culled from her personal collection and features paintings, prints and sculptures by a variety of 20th and 21st century artists including British phenom David Hockney, Italian contemporary artist Francesco Clemente, realist/color field landscape artist Wolf Khan, pop artist George Segal, and New York School artist Robert Motherwell, whose cohorts included Willem de Kooning, Jackson Pollack and Mark Rothko. Also featured are works by modern realist Philip Pearlstein, Bay Area artist Donna DuGuay, David Hckney and one oil by Ronnie Goldfield herself.
